I have a document of [type, language and page count] and would like to enquire about having it read and translated orally during an appointment. Do you offer this, must the material be supplied in advance, and through which confirmed channel? Does the service provide only an oral translation, or also a written translation? If a written version requires a separate booking, please distinguish its scope and delivery arrangements. I am not attaching the complete sensitive document to this initial enquiry or treating an oral explanation as a translation for submission.
