We need tactile signage for [intended users and purpose], with existing text described as [content outline]. Please distinguish responsibility for preparing and checking the visual text and tactile content, and identify anything requiring someone with the relevant expertise. Can a sample be provided for appropriate users or the designated reviewer to assess, with changes and unconfirmed points listed? This enquiry does not transcribe Braille or treat sample feedback as certification.
