Hello, I have [number] old photographs to scan in Madrid. For [photos], I need to preserve [front / writing on the back / complete borders], and I would also like [cropping or retouching requirements] versions. Please state what you can handle, whether full-view scans and edited files can be delivered separately, and whether a shared identifier can link each original photo, its front and back, and its versions. How will missing sides, mismatches and unfinished items be checked at delivery? Retouching is not yet authorised.
