I am considering property [reference] and would use the areas marked on the diagram for [a bed / walking or other uses]. Please provide any existing clear-height measurements at these locations, explaining the measurement points and reference surfaces, and mark unknowns as pending. During the viewing, can you identify where each measurement applies, and who can confirm any intended-use location not yet measured? Please do not use only the highest point to represent the whole room. I am not requesting a determination of legal height requirements or safety, and will not climb up to take measurements myself.
