Can the delivery list distinguish files that can be opened, partially recovered files and files that cannot be verified, and how much can actually be checked? Can samples be checked while disclosing as little content as possible, what access is needed, and how is success defined for charging purposes? Please first explain the verification method and its limitations. I am not attaching private files or treating the presence of a filename as proof of complete content.
