Please quote separately for the initial run and a reprint using unchanged files, itemising file handling, plate-making or other setup charges and minimum-order conditions. If I later change [scope of content], which checking, proofing or setup costs recur? Please explain production-file retention and reuse conditions and the estimated reprint lead time. Use the same finished specifications for comparison; printing is not yet approved.
