I am interested in [frozen product] in [required portion format]. Is the actual item individually wrapped in portions, in identifiable smaller portions, or one solid block? Please provide the corresponding packaging information and state if only promotional images are available or the format cannot be verified. Can the required format be supplied? I do not assume smaller portions separate easily, and am not requesting thawing, refreezing or food-safety advice.
