Please use fictitious orders to demonstrate creation, cancellation and creation of a replacement: how do the displayed numbers and reference identifiers change, and can an old number be reused for another order? My [external files / system] need to maintain the links to these records. Which identifier should they store, and how can cancelled and newly created orders be distinguished? Please explain any cases where stable matching is not supported and do not operate on real orders.
