Please explain the model or batch identifiers used for the actual supply, possible differences from the sample, whether a single batch can be supplied, and how later purchases would be matched. Who checks packaging identifiers and appearance samples on arrival, and would installation wait for my confirmation? If the model or appearance differs from the agreement, who should be contacted first and how should unopened materials be held while awaiting a response? Please identify anything not yet confirmed.
