Hello, I have two consecutive bookings: [dates and room type A] and [dates and room type B]. I would prefer [the same room throughout / to change rooms if needed]. Please confirm whether the arrangements can be linked, whether another check-in is required and any price difference. If a room change is needed, explain when the first room must be vacated, when the next is available and luggage arrangements in between. Mark anything unconfirmed and advise when you will respond; noting my preference is not a guarantee of the same room.
