水上活动先问谁操船

预订船上活动时，先说明是想作为乘客游览，还是想租船并自行操船。整船租用、行程协助或费用包含若干服务，都不能代替对操船人员的明确确认。

先确定乘客或操船者的角色

告诉服务方预计人数、日期及希望的活动方式，问报价是否安排操船人员。若需要你方操船，请其说明会核验哪些资格与条件；未获确认前，不把可以租船理解为自己已经符合要求。

租船时再核对交还范围

如选择租船，请分别确认交船和还船的地点、时间与验收方式，以及燃油、加油和清洁由谁负责、费用是否已包含。让回复对应你选的船和方案，不把服务介绍中的“全套服务”当作每一项都有人代办。
