Please confirm whether you can accept this work and list the added tasks, exclusions and matters requiring confirmation with the existing carrier. Who will contact that carrier, whose documents will you receive, and to whom will clearance progress or results be sent? Separately state the new service fees, costs not included, and anything still requiring my authorisation or further information. This enquiry does not mean I am replacing the carrier or booking transport again.
