I would like to enquire about duplicating a key for [purpose or type] that I am authorised to copy. How do you verify authorisation, and can the copy be checked with the lock on site or should I check it after collection? If it does not work normally in the intended lock, which job reference should I use, what non-sensitive description is needed and how is a recheck arranged? I will not send key details or access codes in a general enquiry.
