I am an existing patient asking my usual provider about the process for a repeat-prescription request. Do you accept these requests, through which official channel should I submit one, and who tells me whether another appointment is needed? How are receipt of the request, pending clinical review and readiness for collection communicated separately? If approved, through which channel is it obtained? I am not attaching medicine names, doses or a prescription, and do not treat submission confirmation as approval.
