先说明需要哪种交付

告诉整理方希望取得期间交易清单，还是还需要带起始余额的连续记录。请对方说明本次包含哪一种、需要什么已有资料。

起始数字注明来源

如需期初余额，请对方指出取自哪份记录及对应时点。暂缺或来源未核的先标明未知，不默填零；补齐来源后再确认整理范围。
